Must Have Eyeshadow Palettes

Today I wanted to talk to you about some of the best eyeshadow palettes. Makeup is probably my most FAVORITE topic. It doesn’t matter what size you are, you can always copy someone’s makeup look with items you already have. Let’s be honest, some fashion trends just don’t work for everyone. I’m all about owning what you have but I gotta be real with myself sometimes and admit that leather leggings just don’t flatter my figure.

Makeup allows experimentation and personalization without having to spend a pretty penny to get that fierce smokey eye. I’ve never had good luck with drugstore brands myself, but my favorite drugstore-priced BUT high-end quality brand is Morphe.

All of these eyeshadow palettes are great because they’re the ones I reach for everyday. I get in moods where I reach for one more than others, but the colors in these are all inclusive, and that’s important to me. I don’t like having to grab 3 different eyeshadow palettes to get my everyday look done. – Cause girl, those extra 5 min of sleep I get from using one palette are important to me.

Anastasia Modern Renaissance Eyeshadow Palette

I longingly would stare at this eyeshadow palette as I walked by in Sephora for about a year, thinking these colors are so pink, I’ll never be able to wear this. A friend of mine was raving about this one day so I finally caved and went for it.

Let. Me. Tell. You. These are the most bendable eye shadows I own. I grab this one for consistent quality. And honestly, the pinks are extremely wearable and buildable. So if you’re eyeing this one, don’t wait any longer!

Too Faced Matte Peaches Eyeshadow Palette

I bought the first Peach palette and it was okay. I received this one as a gift and it’s wonderful. The peaches are so wearable and the colors are all matte. Even though there are no shimmers, the lightest shade in here works for highlighting the brow bone, making it a great everyday palette.

As a bonus, they smell like peaches and cream while in the palette. Yes, go ahead take in the image of me standing there smelling my eyeshadow palette.

Tarte Amazonian Clay Pro Eyeshadow Palette

Tarte eyeshadows are generally good quality. The shade range of mattes and shimmers are good for everyday, with added pops of color for special occasions. It’s in a nice compact case as well, so traveling with this is easy. Tarte has a great way of laying out their shadows to where you could follow each row across for a no-brainer eyeshadow look.

Morphe Jaclyn Hill Eyeshadow Palette

I love this eyeshadow palette, and the colors were personally designed by Jaclyn herself. You won’t find these shades in any other Morphe palette. This is definitely my current favorite. I’ve been watching Jaclyn Hill for years, and I was ecstatic that I managed to get my hands on one of the first releases. These eyeshadows are so creamy, so blendable, and the color payoff is amazing. The pops of color are intense and the mattes go well with everything. IT JUST HAS EVERYTHING. Brow highlight, transition colors, metallics, shimmers, mattes, color, browns, black, orange, cranberry, you name it. This is my go-to travel palette.
